What Prahantam commits to under a Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract.
Perform four preventive maintenance visits per machine per year through authorized representatives.
Inspect and, if required, repair or replace components due to normal wear and tear.
Attend to all breakdown calls within a reasonable timeframe upon receiving a request from the client or representative.
Replace any part(s) covered under CAMC free of cost, including labour and visit charges. Cartage (if factory repair is required) will be charged at actuals.
Ensure equipment remains in good working condition throughout the contract period.
Deliver services either directly or through authorized service partners, at the vendor's discretion.
What's expected from you to keep the contract valid and your equipment protected.
Keep the equipment clean and free from physical obstructions.
Operate the machine strictly as per the user manual and guidelines.
Ensure only trained personnel operate the equipment.
Use soft water (less than 40 ppm hardness) in machines with heating elements to avoid scaling.
Indemnify the vendor against claims or liabilities in case of accidents or injuries.
Provide first aid in case a technician is injured on-site.
Check basic power and other service connections before registering complaints. If the issue persists, contact customer support and obtain a complaint registration ticket number.
Damages due to misuse, accidents, fire, flood, riot, theft, incorrect power supply, or natural calamities.
Unauthorized modifications or upgrades.
Cosmetic components such as paint, insulation, illumination, or framework.
Relocation of equipment or transfer of ownership.
Descaling of boilers or dishwashers, and any damage due to scaling.
